For the first time; the Golden Girls house that was used as the exterior setting for the iconic sitcom has just hit the market.
With an asking price of $2,999,000, the renowned home is located in the affluent neighbourhood of Brentwood, Los Angeles.
The easily recognisable property has kept its same facade since the early 80’s and was set in Miami, Florida in Golden Girls.
It was the home of Blanche, Dorothy, Rose and Sophia.
Fans could watch it in the title credits of the first season of the show.
The Golden Girls ran for seven seasons from 1985 to 1992.
The home boasts four spacious bedrooms and was used for establishing shots in the first season only.
After season one, a replica home was built.
