The core muscles are a collection of muscles which stabilizes and moves the spine. Our inner core are also the muscles close to our abdomen which help and aid us to relax and breathe. So our core is a very important muscle group as it supports vital functions of our body but it also supports the physical movement such as running and walking.

It is important that we don’t neglect regularly exercising or working out this part of our body to keep it strong and healthy.
