- Harness the ‘power of age’ at work
This American team did an experiment. They put hidden cameras in a food truck on a public street and simply refused to serve anyone over 40. This is what happened. . .
How would you feel if someone said this to you?
“We are not serving anybody over 40 today.”
“We are trying to have a 'younger vibe' today.”
“You’re just not exactly what we are looking for.”
"Older people just don’t really fit into our culture."
“We actually just don’t think this is a good fit for you."
Let's bring age discrimination into the open and begin a discussion. What’s your view?
