Calming rose smoothie
A perfect quick snack or breakfast, discover a great balance of unique flavours with a beautiful scent. This rose smoothie will instantly calm the senses and uplift your mood.
1 banana, fresh or preferably frozen
½ cup strawberries, fresh or preferably frozen
½ cup coconut milk (see ‘Coconut Milk’ recipe here)
½ cup coconut or filtered water
¼ teaspoon rose water edible flowers for topping
1. Peel the banana and cut in half. Hull the strawberries.
2. Add the banana, strawberries, coconut milk, coconut or filtered water and rose water to a blender.
3. Blend. Pour into a glass and top with the gorgeous edible flowers. Enjoy!
