Classic quattro formaggi pasta sauce

- 1 tbsp butter
- 100g Tilsiter, sliced
- 140g gorgonzola, sliced
- 85g parmesan, grated
- 100g Emmental, sliced
- 7 tbsp milk
- Melt the butter in a large pan on a gentle heat.
- Add all the cheeses to the pan.
- Keep the pan on a gentle heat until the cheese is melted.
- Add the milk and stir until smooth.
