Healthy breakfast: full of berries smoothie
Fuel yourself with berry goodness! This is a simple way to get powerful antioxidants in your diet.
1 cup homemade nut milk (see ‘Nut Milk – unsweetened’ recipe here, and choose hazelnut, macadamia or walnut)
1½ cups berries (blackberries, blueberries and/or raspberries), fresh or preferably frozen
1 tablespoon ABC (almond, Brazil nut, cashew) butter
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1½ tablespoons goji berries
Add all the ingredients to the blender.
Try adding maca powder for an extra boost! Blend and enjoy!
