Try this simple and delicious recipe using only a cut of silverside beef and some ginger for added flavour.
2.5kg silverside, fat removed, rinsed
2 tbsp lightly dried ginger
1.25 litres ginger ale
1. Place the silverside into the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle with lightly dried ginger and season with cracked pepper.
3. Pour over ginger ale.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until silverside is soft to slice and succulent.
