Green pear smoothie
Create this quick and easy superfood smoothie that will provide you with lasting energy throughout the day.
2 ripe pears, peeled, cored chopped
2 frozen bananas, chopped
¾ cup chopped kale
1 tablespoon rice malt syrup/or agave
250ml vanilla almond milk
3-4 ice cubes
1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high speed.
