Sunrise co-host Kochie has been spectacularly defeated after going head-to-head with a professional arm wrestler.
Ahead of the arm-wrestling national titles in Sydney over the weekend, hopeful competitors paid a visit to Brekky Central on Thursday morning to test out their strength.
Competitors Charlie and Sam first battled it out, with the loser having to face Kochie, as he exclaimed, “I didn’t know I was going to be up!”
Kochie was pitted against Sam, as victor Charlie shared some words encouragement.
“I think you’re going to have to access some old man strength,” he said.
“It’s a real thing – old man’s strength exists.”
Despite his might, Kochie was defeated as he cried out, “No no no!”
Concerned for her co-host, Nat Barr watched on before saying, “He didn’t break your arm did he?”
Following the segment, the host shared a re-post of him wrestling Sam, as Nat and Charlie smiled behind them.
“Don’t think I qualify for the National Arm Wrestling Champs this weekend,” he said with a laughing emoji.
