It’s been over a month since former Home and Away star Johnny Ruffo has posted on social media, with fans desperately waiting for news as he fights his returned brain cancer.
He gave his fans what they were after as he posted a sweet snap on the weekend, which led to an outpouring of love from fans.
“Taking the girls out for dinner,” the star simply captioned his post, which featured his girlfriend Tahnee Sims and his mum Jill.
Fans were thrilled with the post.
“You look fantastic Johnny!” one commented.
“So happy to see you looking so well and out enjoying a night out with your lovely ladies,” another agreed.
The 32-year-old revealed his battle with brain cancer had returned in November 2020 after being in remission for about a year.
“After an unexpected week of seizures and excruciating headaches it is with a heavy heart that I have to let you know I now have another huge battle ahead of me as my brain cancer has returned,” he wrote at the time.
“Though I will dig deep and beat this s**t disease again.”
He first announced in August 2017 that he had undergone surgery to remove a brain tumour.
