Cristiano Ronaldo’s partner has revealed the name of their baby daughter.
The name reveal comes just weeks after the soccer superstar and his parter Georgina Rodríguez announced that one of their twins, a baby boy, had died.
Georgina posted a series of sweet photos of the pair’s baby girl on Instagram on Saturday, writing, “Bella Esmeralda 💚 180422.”
The post has racked up over 5 million likes, as well as a flood of comments wishing the couple congratulations on the safe arrival of their baby girl.
The parents told the public of the devastating news of the loss of their son on April 18th in an emotional Instagram post.
“It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away,” Ronaldo wrote.
“It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.
“We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support.”
“We are all devastated at this loss. and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time. Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you.”
