Sharon Osbourne has been rushed to hospital for a “medical emergency”.
While filming a paranormal TV series in California, the 70-year-old allegedly fell ill for an “unknown” condition.
Santa Paula Police Chief Don Aguilar confirmed on Saturday that an ambulance crew from Ventura County Fire Department were called to a tavern at around 6.30pm, before they transported Osbourne to Santa Paula Hospital.
A spokeswoman for the Ventura County Health Care Agency told the US Sun, “We can confirm that she was transported to and treated at a local County hospital and is no longer at our hospital.”
Osbourne has also recently been caring and tending to her husband, Ozzy, 74, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease.
According to Variety, Sharon was on location at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California, where she was reportedly feeling fine before while shooting an unnamed paranormal-themed television series.
The hotel – which was built in 1911 – is known for its alleged hauntings inside its rooms.
